Real Estate was founded by agents who were tired of watching buyers get squeezed. Fifteen years later, we still only represent people buying a house — and we’ve helped more than 1,850 of them move in.
How we got here
Fifteen years. One side of the deal.
Buying a house is the biggest purchase most people ever make. It deserves an advisor with nothing to gain from you overpaying — so we built one.
We don’t take listings. We don’t do dual agency. We don’t get bonuses from builders. What we do is study the local real estate market every single day so that when you find the right home, you can move quickly and confidently.
2011
Two agents, one kitchen table
Our founders leave a large brokerage to start a buyer-only practice. Twelve families buy homes in the first year.

We build our first comparable-sales model so every offer is backed by data. Clients save an average of 3.8% below asking.
